Big Christmas Musical Light Display, running every night from end of November through to January and brought people through all weathers to watch the amazing light show. With thousands of lights dancing to Christmas music run by our very own show master Paul. 

 

The actual switch on was attended by a few hundred people and even had a visit from Father Christmas! 

 

 

 

We had 'Santas Merry Mile' run by Everyone Active at the running track in Hemel and saw a hundred father Christmas's running round the track! 

 

This year 3 of our runners ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon, despite the unusually high temperatures in October, they still crossed the line smiling 13.1 miles later! 

 

The annual Leverstock Green village fetes saw Team Macy return with its famous bottle tombola and craft stall with huge crowds supporting the event and fun for all the family and the Team Macy stall was voted second in the best dressed stall competition! 

 

Tall bloke running (Steve Brown) says: ' I have been running on and for years but took it up again during lock down and joined a local running club. Having been unsuccessful entering the London Marathon I had the idea to run the virtual marathon, but decided to make it a bit more challenging! We ran from Guidlford to Shoreham-on-sea a total of 37 miles! 

 

A close friend decided to raise money for his birthday and opened a donation page. Instead of receiving presents, all donations came to Team Macy with thanks!
